Wade Hansen, Managing Director

Wade is the Founder and Managing Director at Cabrillo Advisors and has extensive experience executing M&A, financings and business valuations for public and private clients. Prior to founding Cabrillo Advisors, and its predecessor firm MHT Partners in Dallas,Texas, Wade was a founding principal at Dell Ventures in Austin, Texas, where he invested in hightech (software, semiconductor) business services, and Internet based companies. Wade began his postgraduate career at McKinsey & Co, where he served hightech and pharma companies on matters of M&A and post merger management. He started his career as a licensed CPA in Ernst and Young’s Audit Department.

Wade has an MBA with distinction from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business and graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting summa cum laude. Wade holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 licenses.

Anna Cinniger, Director of Operations

Anna Cinniger is an operations management professional with unique experience including seven years consulting with McKinsey & Company, an additional seven years in leadership roles in multiple industries, combined with a technical background as an MIT-educated Aerospace Engineer for NASA and the defense industry.

Most recently, Ms. Cinniger was the Senior Vice President of Consumer Insights and Service at Provide Commerce where she was recruited to build the company’s Consumer Insights department.  Prior to joining Provide, she was the Senior Vice President of Collection Operations at Encore Capital Group and Director of Retail Inventory Management and Director of Service Strategy at Gateway Inc. Before Gateway, Ms. Cinniger was an Associate Principal at the consulting firm McKinsey & Company. While there, she served Fortune 500 companies on issues of operations improvement, business building and growth, and customer & product strategy. Prior to McKinsey, Anna was an aerospace engineer working at MIT's Space Engineering Research Center, ITEK Optical Systems and NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory.

Ms. Cinniger received her BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Washington and her MS in Aeronautics & Astronautics from MIT. She also completed McKinsey's accelerated MBA program and studied marketing and management of innovation at MIT's Sloan School of Management.
